The first ten programs, set up with you.
TextShelf is a reading room for review panels: a judge's highlights are the evidence for the scores, and TextShelf never sends entrants' work to an AI service. It is new to funders, award committees and prize juries, and we would rather earn the first ten seasons than advertise for them. So for the first ten programs, we set up your season ourselves, we guarantee it, and the first year is half price, held at that price for as long as you renew.
Tell us about your program. We reply within one business day.
What a founding program gets.
Set up for you
We import last year's entries and rubric, configure the shelf and its call, and walk your readers through the reading room before the first entry arrives. Your season starts on a shelf that already looks like your program.
The guarantee
If your season doesn't run on TextShelf, we refund the year. The risk of trying a new vendor is ours, not yours.
Half price, held
The first year is half price: $195 for Standard, $645 for Organization. That price holds for as long as you renew, whatever the plans cost later.
What we ask in return
A thirty-minute call after the season, permission to name your program, and one sentence we can quote. Nothing else.
Panels that read.
A foundation's review panel reading proposals, an association's award committee, a prize jury, a contest with a stack of manuscripts. Calls, entrant sign-up, reader assignments, blind review and decisions all happen on textshelf.com; readers who prefer a Mac can read offline in the free Mac app. If your program takes fewer than 100 submissions a year, the Free plan may be all you need, and we will say so.
Short, on purpose.
Ten programs
The offer closes when ten programs have taken it, or when we say so here. One offer per program.
One discount
The founding price does not stack with the NONPROFIT code; it is already the better deal. Pay by card or by invoice, with a PO number if your office needs one.
