Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades at your next billing cycle.
What counts as a team member?
Anyone with access beyond basic submitter level. Submitters don't count toward your limit.
Where is data stored?
US-based data centers. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
What happens if I exceed my limits?
You'll be notified before reaching limits. Upgrade anytime to continue growing, or archive old submissions.
What are AI Skills?
AI Skills are domain-specific tools that help reviewers analyze documents. Academic Review, Grant Compliance, and Literary Analysis skills provide automated checks and suggestions.
Is my data used to train AI?
Never. Your documents remain private and are not used to train any AI models. AI features run in a secure, isolated environment.
What if I exceed my AI review limit?
Each AI review counts per document, not per annotation. On any plan, additional reviews beyond your included amount are available at $0.15 each. Enterprise customers with their own API key (BYOK) have no platform-imposed limits.
Can I use my own S3 bucket?
Yes! Professional and Enterprise plans include Custom Storage (BYOB). Connect your own AWS S3 or Tigris bucket for full data control and unlimited storage.
